VECSTAR™ liquid crystal polymer (LCP) film is a thermoplastic material with excellent processability.
It can be easily thermoformed and laminated, including bonding VECSTAR™ to itself.
Its thermoplastic nature also makes it well-suited for forming complex shapes.
For example, it can be used in applications such as speaker diaphragms, where precise control of acoustic performance is required.
In addition, because VECSTAR™ contains no filler or glass cloth, it enables easy drilling and fine pattern processing in circuit fabrication.
Beyond speaker diaphragms, VECSTAR™ can be applied to a wide range of applications, including electronic circuits, glass antennas, and automotive smart keys.
